Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions for coinsori / stocksori / soritrading are sold by our authorized merchant of record, which processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of first purchase of a subscription, no questions asked, provided the purchase was not made to abuse the policy (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles). Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if the plan features were not materially used in that period.

How to request

Email support@valueconnectglobal.com from your account email with the order reference, or use the refund option provided by the payment provider on your receipt. We (or the merchant of record) respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; card refunds typically appear within 5–15 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period outside the 14-day window.

What is not refundable

Periods used beyond the 14-day window; losses or outcomes of trading activity (the Service is software; trading results are yours); charges older than allowed by the payment provider's rules.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
